While they may not be fluent, they can understand and communicate basic instructions, household terms, and food-related vocabulary. We partner with major Malaysian banks to offer 0% interest instalment plans for up to 12 months. You can use your credit card from Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB, RHB, and other participating banks. We offer FREE replacement within the first 3 months if you're not satisfied with your helper for any valid reason. After 3 months, we provide a subsidized replacement service. We believe in ensuring you find the right match for your family, and we'll work with you until you're completely satisfied.
The typical timeline from selection to your helper's arrival is 2-4 weeks. This includes medical examination, document processing, training completion, and immigration procedures. We handle all paperwork and keep you updated throughout the process. Urgent cases can sometimes be expedited.
Yes! All our helpers undergo specialized training in Chinese cuisine. They learn to prepare common dishes like steamed fish (清蒸鱼), various soups (煲汤), stir-fried vegetables, congee, and other traditional Chinese dishes. We understand how important proper Chinese cooking is for Malaysian Chinese families.
Our helpers undergo comprehensive medical examinations including: blood tests (for infectious diseases), X-rays (for tuberculosis), physical examination, pregnancy test, and mental health assessment. We also verify their complete vaccination records. All medical certificates are provided upon placement.
Absolutely! We offer video interview sessions where you can meet and speak with potential helpers before making a decision. This allows you to assess their personality, communication skills, and suitability for your family. We can arrange multiple interviews if needed.
In the unlikely event of such issues, contact us immediately. We have protocols in place to handle such situations and will assist with reporting to relevant authorities. For valid cases within our replacement period, we'll provide a free replacement. We also offer guidance on preventing such issues through proper management.
Yes, we have specialized training modules for both elderly care and newborn/infant care. Our helpers learn proper techniques for mobility assistance, medication management, and elderly companionship. For infant care, they're trained in safe baby handling, feeding, bathing, and supporting confinement practices.
